What's in the box?
Standard Photography
Includes all interior, exterior, and features (docks, gazebos, and gardens).
Turn around time is within 48 hours from the shoots. Additional edits from feedback will be done as soon as possible.
Photos will be delivered in 3 different sizes for best use in Ads (400px), Social Media (2048px), and MLS (2880px).

Drone Photography
I have my FAA Unmanned Aircraft System Licensee under the Part 107 Regulations.
Photos are taken with a Phantom 4 Pro for high resolution sharp images.
3 batteries are available for maximum flight time. If more time is needed batteries will be charged on site.
The same shooting and editing process is used as the standard photography package to maintain of high dynamic range.

High Dynamic Range
I use High Dynamic Range photography as my preferred style of Real Estate photography. This brings out the windows, lightens up the room, and adds a greater level of depth than one simple photo can create.
Sky Replacements
I haven't learned to control the weather (yet) and I don't know many agents that can so I include simple sky replacements in my shoots. Getting great photos online and marketing your property is important so let's not let overcast skies get in the way.
Distraction Removal
Sometimes things like cables under TVs just can't be moved around but they can take away from the overall aspect of a photo. I included simple Photoshop coverups in all my shoots for this reason.
Enhanced Virtual Tour
These are hand crafted videos with background music. Every pan, zoom and crop in these videos is done by hand to best showcase the property. Once the shoot is done, the photos are edited and you select the photos you will be using for the MLS I will use those to create the video.
